Our Story
Urban Homestead & Unique Produce
Since 2016, we have experimented and expanded our garden into an urban homestead. With an eye for the unique, we have been growing and sharing our plants and produce with family and friends. We cultivate a small-scale, robust garden to show how much produce you can grow in an urban environment.

Our Homestead:
Beyond Corn & Soybeans
A Better Way to Farm
We’re dedicated to proving that Central Illinois has more to offer than soybeans and corn. Our superb soil quality & climate enable us to grow a surprising variety of annual vegetables and perennial fruit. The produce that lands in the local grocery store is selected for ease of growth, transportation, and economic factors.
We specialize in growing varieties of fruits and vegetables that you can only find in small scale farming. We prioritize flavor and unique items you won't find at a big box store.
Our Journey
We believe that experimenting through trial and error is what makes gardening a rewarding, low-stakes, high-gain hobby. We continue in this vein by planting new varieties, trying different growing methods, and pushing the limits on what we can cultivate. Follow us along on this journey and enjoy the fruits of our labor.
